Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a Used Car Manager to join our Ed Morse Tampa Cadillac & Mitsubishi team!

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Hires, motivates, and monitors the performance of all used-vehicle sales team members.
• Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Writing complete orders and processing paperwork
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership departments.
• You must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Used Car Sales Management experience
• Must be process driven 
• Must believe in doing the little things right, ie: trade walk daily, active trade appraisals, pricing etc
• Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must.
• Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
