Responsibilities : -
Conference room Support
Installation and evaluation of Conference Room Technologies and equipment including Audio / Video equipment. Investigate and troubleshoot issues with Audio / Video equipment.
Engage required OEM support to investigate and resolve the issue. Document Root Cause Analysis and SOPs. Co-ordination with Hospitality and Conference Room Technologies team for the A / V equipment requirement and setup for large events (offsite and Cummins facility).
Manage the COB (North and South) stock rooms and keep track of inventory. Tracking and coordination of Conference Room upgrade / new install globally.
Keep information up-to-date in Global Repository for Conference Rooms globally. Technical Project Coordination for conference room support Transport, Setup and Tear-down of A / V equipment for large events and townhalls.
