- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategies
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Basic video editing skills for creating short videos for social media
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relationship management skills to interact with followers and build a community around our brand
