Responsibilities and Duties:

• This job requires the following motions: sit, push, pull, twist, bend, stand, walk, shovel, rake, dig for long periods.
• Required regular lifting of 25lbs up to 50lbs. repeatedly.
• Safely operate a variety of construction and maintenance tools/equipment to complete daily tasks.
• General laborer duties associated with concrete finishing work.
• Ensure all machines are well-oiled, serviced, and inspected.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
• Ability/willingness to follow company rules, safety practices and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: * Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.

• Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
• Ability/Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

• Great attention to detail regarding final appearance.
• Communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday & some weekends

Job Type: Full-Time

Hourly Pay: $25-$45 based on experience

Labor Type: Construction

License: Wisconsin Driver's Required
