Position Summary: We seek Concrete Finishers with a dedication to craftsmanship, detail, and safety. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, enjoy manual labor outdoors, and aim to exceed quality standards. As a crucial team member, you will execute various tasks to ensure project excellence and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and check forms for concrete structure.
• Measure, cut, spread, level, and smooth concrete.
• Create expansion joints and edges; finish surfaces as required.
• Use power vibrators for compaction and inspect surfaces to correct inconsistencies.
• Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Apply compounds for curing, waterproofing, or restoration.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience in concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with finishing techniques.
• Strong physical health and stamina.
• Effective team communication.
• Adaptability to various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License.
