Overview- 2 shifts (Day and night shift)
- During open enrollment shifts are 12pm-12am
- Need to get a Public Trust
- Need knowledge on how to add storage administration
- **Not looking for a workstation administrator
- Want someone with Mainframe experience
- Storage Administration

- Linux
- Network understanding
- Knowledge of console systems, peripheral equipment, computing platforms. Microsoft Office.
- They get Servicenow alerts when the storage is getting full and they work to operate it when it comes to the max and it being full to 100% can cause an outage
- Two located in Seattle, WA area
- Position one - 5:45am - 5:45pm, 7 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off, etc.
- Position two - 5:45pm - 5:45am, 7 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off, etc.
- Two located in Northern VA area
- Position one - 5:45am - 5:45pm, 7 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off, etc.
- Position two - 5:45pm - 5:45am, 7 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off, etc.
- Required Tech Experience
- Mainframe Experience/Multiple LPARS (Biggest musthave)
- ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Splunk (Willing to train on this)
- Work Environment:
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Effective analytical, organizational, communications (verbal and written), customer service skills.
