Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Computer Operator, who will be responsible for providing 24/7, 365 days of onsite support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified
• Performing equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions
• Providing off hours (Service desk) support
