Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team. As a Hardware Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware components and systems. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals

- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure

- Provide desktop support to end-users and external customers, assisting with hardware-related inquiries and issues

- Assist in the deployment of software updates

- Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and track repairs or replacements

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware systems

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and systems

- Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network administration

- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and computer networking concepts

- Understanding of VPN technologies and configurations

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,657.00 - $59,879.00 per year
