Computer Operations Supervisor supervises computer operations, acting as a team resource for guidance and support on complex or unusual issues. Implements policies and procedures to perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and its peripherals. Operations Supervisor
Summary of essential job functions
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high level of processes, quality control, and production objectives and integrity within the facility.
· Supervise production employees, assign job tasks, report manpower, and drive safety, quality and productivity goals
· Responsible for ensuring all Hearn Processes are being followed, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
· Responsible for ensuring quality of work is completed and guiding the employees to ensure work instructions are being followed
· Directing the training of employees to ensure quality standards and production goals are met
· Identify risks, contribute to continuous improvement of safety, efficiency, and work environment
· Create and maintain reports for internal and customers
Required qualifications, skills, knowledge and abilities
· Minimum 2 years experience in a production supervisory role
· Strong intrapersonal and team leadership skills
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Minimum 2 years experience in a production setting
Key Success Skills for this role:
· Ability to follow through, complete tasks and own processes and assigments
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal
· Problem resolution, leadership, and organizational skills are important in this role
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Requirements
