Computer Operations Supervisor supervises computer operations, acting as a team resource for guidance and support on complex or unusual issues. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve warehouse productivity and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS), Odoo and Quickbooks to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficient in using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes and shipping/receiving procedures
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
