Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Technical Support: Provide immediate assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues, aiming for first-call resolution.

• Problem Resolution: Employ advanced troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware problems.

• System Upgrades: Perform system upgrades as necessary, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Network Management: Efficiently set up computer networks, including the troubleshooting of network connectivity issues to maintain business continuity.

Professional Requirements:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role, showcasing a track record of technical proficiency and problem-solving.

• Technical Knowledge: A solid foundation in computer hardware, software, and peripherals, along with a high proficiency in software troubleshooting.

• Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and the ability to navigate and resolve issues within these environments.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution of technical issues.
