Computer Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of an organization's computer operations. Implements department policies and procedures to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Being a Computer Operations Manager manages the operation of information system equipment including scheduling workflow, maintenance, and capacity plans. Continuously monitors the efficacy of computer operations, backup processes, system monitors, and server availability to ensure operation goals are met. Additionally, Computer Operations Manager researches and evaluates potential equipment upgrades to improve the capabilities of computer operations. Ensures computer operations activities meet pre-established production targets and maintain operating budgets. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Computer Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Computer Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities
        Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize the company's operations in Pakistan, aligning them with the overall company strategy. Collaborate with the executive team to ensure that operational goals are in line with business objectives and customer expectations.

        Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including medical billers, virtual PSRs & medical assistants, software developers, and other operational staff in Pakistan. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among different departments.

        Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes, workflows, and systems to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality. Identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and implement best practices to optimize service delivery.

        Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with patients and providers in the US and Pakistan. Understand their needs, requirements, and expectations, and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Address patient concerns and issues promptly, striving to exceed client expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

        Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure accurate and reliable medical billing, virtual  PSRs & medical assistant, and software development services. Stay updated with relevant industry standards, compliance regulations, and data security requirements, both in the US and Pakistan. Ensure the company's adherence to these standards and requirements.         Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for operations in Pakistan. Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality services.

        Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats in Pakistan. Implement measures to protect data security, privacy, and confidentiality, adhering to applicable laws and regulations. Develop contingency plans to address emergencies or unforeseen events that may impact business continuity.

        Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the operational performance of the company in Pakistan. Monitor and analyze operational data, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management in the US. Identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.

        Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the operations team in Pakistan and develop training programs to enhance knowledge and expertise. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in medical billing, virtual medical assistance, and software development. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

        Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers in Pakistan to ensure timely delivery of services and products. Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and maintain positive relationships to support the company's operational needs.

        Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments in the US, such as sales, marketing, and IT, to align operational activities with organizational goals. Foster effective communication and collaboration across different teams and locations to achieve overall company success.


    Requirements:
        Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
        3 years work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
        Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
        Experience budgeting and forecasting
        Familiarity with business and financial principles
        Outstanding English communication skills is a MUST
        Leadership ability
        Outstanding organizational skills
