Computer Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of an organization's computer operations. Implements department policies and procedures to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Being a Computer Operations Manager manages the operation of information system equipment including scheduling workflow, maintenance, and capacity plans. Continuously monitors the efficacy of computer operations, backup processes, system monitors, and server availability to ensure operation goals are met. Additionally, Computer Operations Manager researches and evaluates potential equipment upgrades to improve the capabilities of computer operations. Ensures computer operations activities meet pre-established production targets and maintain operating budgets. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Salary: between $100,00-$150,000k/year based on experience
Under the general direction of the CIO; the Technology Project Manager is accountable for:• Planning and execution technology initiatives.• Lead other Technology Project Managers to delivery excellence while also directly delivering technology projects. • Measures and strives to continuously improve departmental project delivery metrics through coaching and process improvement.• Directs multiple large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners. Directly manages all aspects of the project lifecycle.• Plan and direct projects to ensure end results are of the highest quality with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.• Negotiates and manages the scope of work and deliverables for labor and materials required to deliver projects.• Defines and tracks project milestones and budgets while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Prepares project status reports and presents project performance updates. Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.• Develops communication plans and interfaces to execute on responsibilities.• Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
