Computer Numeric Controlled Machine Operator jobs in Massachusetts

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Set up and operate machines such as milling machines Prototrak / Bridgport
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand product specifications
- Program machines using Prototrak software
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Assemble components and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in Prototrack or similar CAD software for reading technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and machine operations
- Experience with milling machines
- Familiarity with logic controllers, such as Prototrak systems
- Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, to ensure accuracy
- Knowledge of Prototrak for machine operation
