Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Hiring and firing authority for employees directly reporting to the
  HSE Compliance Manager as per the Disciplinary Action
  procedure.
• Stopping any job perceived as unsafe and coordinate with the subject
  matter experts to implement safe mitigations.
• Developing and recommending for approval of new HSE policies and
  procedures.
• Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by
  customers, employees, and the public.
• Ensuring that the assets of Redi Services, LLC are adequately
  protected.
• Ensuring the company functions productively and efficiently as an
  organization. Maintain high morale and provide safe working
  conditions for all employees.
• Ensuring the company is in compliance with all government laws,
  regulations, and codes.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of information that may be imparted by
  employees, coworkers, and customers.
• Authorizing purchase of materials and supplies as per the Contract
  and Procurement Process
• Hiring employees as per the Hiring policy.
• Authorizing payment for wages upon an employee's discharge from
  the company as per the Employee Handbook and Disciplinary
  Action procedure.
• Disciplinary write-ups as per the Employee Handbook.
• Terminations as per the Employee Handbook and Disciplinary
  Action procedure.
  
  

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 DOE.
