The UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR, https://ictr.wisc.edu/) helps researchers move their research findings from experimental settings into real world use in clinics and communities (`translating' research into practice).We do this by supporting the career development of researchers through training and educational programs, and by providing a range of services that assist researchers with the development and delivery of their research projects (such as help with study design and data analysis, and guidance on partnering with communities to recruit diverse study participants). The Graduate Program in Clinical Investigation (GPCI) is nested within the ICTR and awards both MS and PhD degrees. Many enrolled in the GPCI degree programs are non-traditional, part-time students, including faculty, clinicians, and research staff. The GPCI Clinical Investigation Graduate Program Manager is responsible for managing student recruitment and admissions, advising, and career development of program participants; as well, the incumbent also manages administrative and governance activities associated with oversight of the GPCI program. The incumbent will also work closely with faculty and academic departments to support strategic growth and improvements of ICTR programs.

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum three years of professional experience providing graduate student services, student program tracking and reporting.
-Fluency in electronic admissions and student data query and management tools (such as SIS, GSTS, and WISER) used by graduate program coordinators at UW-Madison.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience advising students who are traditionally underrepresented in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM) and adult professional students.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 up to $90,000 for highly experienced candidates. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
