Compliance Investigation Manager oversees investigations of alleged violations of the corporation's ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policy. Job Summary: Oversee daily operations of On-Site Security Personnel.
Some of the essential functions are:
· Organizes, directs, and monitors daily activities of On-Site Security.
· Responsible for daily confirmation of all On-Site Security personnel. Contacting them 1 hour prior to their shift to ensure they are on their way to the job site and confirmation of arrival at job site.
· Establishes procedures and prepares/coordinates schedules that expedites workflow.
· Ensures crew members are proficient in the respected areas needed to perform essential functions.
· Conducts monthly Guard Shack/Site audits and submits the accurate report timely electronically to the Field Safety Superintendent.
· Performs the essential functions of an On-Site Security Personnel as needed. Acts in the capacity of final back up to the position.
· Meet with Company Man during on-site visits; ensure customer needs are being met.
· Provides regular updates to the Operations Manager and/or our customer's management team to ensure deliverables are being provided according to current contract.
· Have and maintain a thorough knowledge of all deliverables, facilities, policies/procedures, contracts, regulations/requirements, and customer requests.
· Assists in moves.
· Secondary to our Field Safety Technicians.
· Assists in the hiring, discipline, and termination of OSS personnel.
· Provide support and assistance to OSS with problem/complaint resolution.
· Communicates all issues to supervisor immediately.
Qualifications for the position:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· One year of oil and gas experience preferred.
· Supervisory/Managerial experience/Crew Lead.
· Federal and State Criminal Background Checks
· Driver’s License

$50,000-$52,000 annual salary, 401 K, Health, Vision, Dental, Short & Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance options, PTO, Holiday pay, Company Truck (for work purposes only).
