You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our compliance program to mitigate risks and uphold our commitment to integrity and ethics.

Our unique, high touch pharmacy model provides home delivery services, personalized patient education and support, and disease progression and medication effectiveness monitoring to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations before they occur. Conversio enables a higher level of care coordination across the care continuum and has a proven track record of lowering its health plan partners’ drug cost and improving clinical outcomes for thousands of patients with COPD and Asthma across the United States.

To support our commitment, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. This position is full-time, on-site at our facility in San Luis Obispo, California.


    Requirements

      

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
    • Serve as liaison to pharmacy leadership and provide broad oversight for various accreditation standards, federal and state rules and regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, pharmacy specific accreditations held, and voluntary regulatory standards and their interpretations.
    • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and initiate improvements to ensure ongoing organization compliance.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance and training.
    • Routine monitoring, verification, and renewal of licenses to ensure they remain current and in good standing.
    • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
    • Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving compliance trends.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations.

      

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
    • Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
