    - Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICD-10, ICD-9, HIPAA, compliance management, and Medicare guidelines
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
    - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    - Effective communication skills to provide guidance and training to employees
