Compliance Director (Banking) manages operations to identify and respond to suspicious activity violating current anti-money laundering (AML) regulations as defined in the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) or other governmental anti-terrorist financing programs. Implements oversight systems, interdiction software, and audit processes to perform daily transaction monitoring and identify suspicious activity patterns. Being a Compliance Director (Banking) monitors activity and ensures adherence to Know your Customer (KYC) protocols and regulatory requirements for required filings and reporting. Leads investigations of suspicious activity to pursue corrective actions and ensure completion of required filings. Additionally, Compliance Director (Banking) maintains extensive knowledge of financial regulations, risk management best practices, and changing fraudulent trends to develop and implement appropriate compliance procedures. JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities
Director-Contract Compliance Officer oversees all aspects of the maintenance
division. The position requires strength in various levels of project
management. The position supports the timely delivery and execution of contract
proposals, commitments, and deliverables consisting of specific contract
requirements and deferred maintenance projects. This position requires
knowledge in asset management, building systems and contract compliance, strong
communication skills, and the ability to strengthen relationships and build
confidence across departments and with the client – NPS and vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with
various constituents and disciplines to ensure timely delivery of
commitments and promises.
Develop and
maintain positive and supportive relationships with the client, managers,
contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables and
mitigate impacts to operations.
Coordinate
facilities priorities and projects.
Manage internal
and external communication, develop project scopes and flow charts, and
work with the maintenance and operations teams to coordinate plans.
Oversee contract
compliance and negotiations.
Maintain and
manage project schedules.
Produce weekly
progress updates and reports.
Provide up to date
information on project status, issues, etc. to the management team.
Develop budgets and manage financials; propose timely
adjustments.

Provides Guidance and execution on contract compliance
acting as a Compliance Officer/Specialist for the RGS team.
Drive the direction of departmental focus and priorities,
in repair and maintenance, facility management and asset management.
Ensure contractual obligations with attention to historic preservation.
Drive maintenance department safety program in
conjunction with the Safety Coordinator and advise the department in all
matters regarding adherence to OSHA regulations.
Maintain and ensure safe facility environment including
standards for maintenance and upkeep of all concession buildings and
equipment. Notify the Managing
Director of all unusual events, circumstances, or other safety or quality
control issues.
Develop annual reporting: ACMP/RMR, RMR 5-year plan,
planned maintenance, personal property report, budget plan, and
contractual requirements -RMR and CER.
Ensure fires systems check/maintained- smoke detectors,
fire extinguishers, dry sprinkler systems.
Ensure Maintenance Leadership in EHS management
meetings.
Forecast and track cost, including material and labor.
Supervise ongoing seasonal project lists. Delegate duties and perform follow-up inspections.
Develop team development through ongoing training and
mentor ship.
Provides technical advice to maintenance personnel in
carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, internal
combustion engines and off-road vehicles with regard to troubleshooting,
repair, operation and preventative maintenance of various equipment and
systems.
Make major repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating,
air conditioning, restaurant equipment and refrigeration equipment as
needed -troubleshooting, leak detection, recharging, installing of metering
devices, evaporator fans and compressors.
Respond immediately and resolve emergency facility
needs/issues regarding safety/security/business requirements including
fire alarm systems, disengage electrical, water, or gas systems to protect
building occupants and property.
Source and utilize contractors for
HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical as needed to ensure timely execution of RMRs,
weighing priorities of cost and departmental revenue impacts and labor
steps.
Coordinate and complete opening and closing procedures
for all facilities in include proper winterization of the infrastructure.
During winter participate in snow removal duties using
snow shovel.
Daily check of snow removal priorities with appropriate
action taken to ensure guest and employee safety.
Order needed supplies on a timely basis. Communicate
with GM’s on project status timelines.
Ensure monthly reporting status of work order
completion to CMMS Administrator.
Performs such other related duties as directed or
required.
