Compliance Director (Banking) jobs in Dundalk, MD

The Human Resources Compliance Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Radnet's human resources compliance programs and initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate policy changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure organization-wide understanding and adherence.

Legal Compliance:

• Stay current with changes in employment laws and regulations to proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the company's compliance with employment laws and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training and Education:

• Develop and deliver training programs for the HR Business Partners to utilize to educate employees, managers, and HR staff on compliance-related matters.
• Provide guidance on best practices to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to HR compliance activities.
• Generate regular compliance reports for executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 / yr.
