POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Compliance Coordinator is highly organized and detail oriented. The Compliance Coordinator is pivotal in managing logistics operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex logistic processes. The Compliance Coordinator collaborates closely with internal teams, external partners and regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth flow of operations while mitigating compliance risks. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work consistently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the logistics process, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Oversee warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts, rates, and service level agreements to optimize costs and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Stay updated on changes to regulatory requirements and industry standards and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Be a champion for safety in the organization 
• Act as an agent of progress, perpetually looking for opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

•  High school diploma or GED
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and a Team player
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem Solving
• Valid Texas Driver’s License 
• 2 years recruiting experience
