    Main Focus:  Duties/Tasks:

    • FMCSA/DOT – In Person position
    • DOT Driver Compliance SSG & GSP (~120 drivers)
    • Collect all required paperwork from new hires (Drivers only)
    • Ensure all required documents are received from Drivers 
    • Collect, enter, and maintain required Driver documents
    • Track Driver documents such as licenses, medical cards, annual review etc.
    • Manage DISA Compliance Program
    • Update DISA, Quickbase HR, Network DOT Drive, and file cabinet with required driver documentation
    • Send CDL drivers for random monthly drug tests using DISA
    • Work with scheduling department to obtain required documents from drivers

    Annual & Bi-Annual DOT Requirements:

    • MCS-150 (Bi-Annual)
    • UCR (Annual)
    • Stay Informed and up-to-date on Commercial Driver FMCSA/DOT Transportation Laws and Regulations
    • Safety First - Monitor Incoming Complaints on Drivers and respond
    • Manages and maintains Drug enforcement requirements
    • Various other duties as needed by company

    Background:

    • Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Adobe 
    • Photoshop or similar 
    • DISA System 
    • Quickbase HR 
    • Self-Learner and Self-Starter 
    • High work standards
