Duties:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- Investigate any potential compliance violations or breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the organization's compliance program
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Familiarity with DDAP, OMHSAS and Joint Commission regulations/standards and experience with onsite surveys.
- Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
- Project management abilities to oversee compliance-related projects
- Proficient in compliance management software or tools
- Understanding of healthcare billing, utilization review and managed care.
- Experience working with inpatient and outpatient treatment programs is preferred.
