Compliance Coordinator jobs in Fitchburg, MA

Performs analysis, organizes, and drafts work product for product safety, recall management, and other compliance projects, as assigned.

• Assists with projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and the implementation by recalling management or other compliance policies.
• Maintains product safety databases and related documentation for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provides administrative and operational support for product recalls and other compliance initiatives.
• Assists with daily product compliance program functions including incidence response.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction well and be a team player
• Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
