As a Compliance Coordinator I, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our organization’s seamless adherence to regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Your efforts will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards and facilitating the growth of our dynamic projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up new subcontractors in our system, conduct Experian checks, and gather necessary forms to ensure subcontractors meet compliance requirements
- Create and maintain electronic job folders, manage hard copy file folders, and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and auditing purposes
- Input all relevant subcontractor information into Spectrum
- Manage all subcontractor change orders
- Assist in the onboarding process for new project managers or project coordinators
- Provide guidance and answer questions related to compliance procedures
- Monthly verification of subcontractors’ Contractor licenses
- Confirm DIR Registration is current for all subcontractors each year
- Maintain subcontractor insurance certificates and ensure they are up-to-date
- Maintain Procore with accurate information for all subcontracts to be processed through the platform
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance coordination in the Construction industry
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft office, Spectrum, and/or Procore a plus
The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
