The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) is seeking to hire an Executive I to serve as a Contract and Invoicing Compliance Coordinator. This title is positioned directly under the Agency Procurement Officer (APO) / Contract and Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate has experience preparing and processing invoices, and experience coordinating, preparing, evaluating, and routing contracts for conformity, accuracy, and compliance. This position communicates and coordinates with program area staff and vendors during the procurement process. IDOR is seeking someone that is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and has utilized System, Applications and Products (SAP), BidBuy, or other electronic procurement systems.
