General Responsibilities:
The role of the Compliance Coordinator is to coordinate the general Compliance of the Airports’ facilities and equipment through inspection of facilities and operations as well as developing working relationships with the Department of Aviation, TBI’s airline partners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while monitoring and enforcing the Common Use Regulations, TBI Scope of Services, facility standards, and other contractual relationship.
Major Responsibilities and Functions:
Ø Establishes processes and procedures for ensuring compliance.
Ø High degree of professionalism and ability to work with confidential information.
Ø Ensure a high level of performance and oversight related to contract management.
Ø Ensure enforcement of the Common Use Premises Regulations.
Ø Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of compliance information.
Ø Responsible for the delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting.
Ø Maintain compliance and reporting in accordance with the TBI policies and contracts.
Ø Assisting in the development of performance metrics for operational evaluation and reporting.
Ø Responsible for maintaining a system of internal controls.
Ø Administer the compliance of the common use facilities for TBI.
Ø Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
Ø Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Ø Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Ø Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other TBI employees, airline employees, DOA, other airport tenants and Customs and Border Protection officers.
Ø General knowledge of computer applications, software and hardware.
