SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The Coordinator of Compliance and Student Success at Hardin-Simmons University School of Nursing reports directly to the Founding Director of Nursing and coordinates activities within the School of Nursing. The Coordinator of Compliance and Student Success is tasked with assisting students in successful matriculation through coaching, mentoring, and tutoring. In addition, the Coordinator of Compliance and Student Success collaborates with key University personnel to retain all HSU students. The Coordinator of Compliance and Student Success ensures the program, students, and faculty maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, in addition to ensuring consistent compliance with the regulations for the Texas Board of Nursing and accreditation organizations.
