Compliance Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Schenectady, NY

Our growing Home Health Care team is searching for a per diem assistant to help out our Site Coordinator in our new Amsterdam Office.

Pay Range: $17-20 per hour

What you will do:

• Assist Site Coordinator with any projects as assigned
• Serve as a back up for our Site Coordinator
• Answer incoming calls and emails to direct them to proper staff
• Track office supplies to determine orders/re-orders
• Report office progress to Site Coordinator and Executive Director
• Maintain close contact with IT team to assess equipment needs
• Organize set up and scheduling of large events
• Coordinate HHA training programs
• Indentify any areas of improvement
• Ensure correct data entry on all projects

• Keeps confidentiality at all times
• Flexible with schedule
• Office Administration experience
• Technically savvy with computers
• Microsoft office experience
• Reliable proximity to the office
