Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and providing support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in HR software systems, and have a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and collecting necessary paperwork
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HR systems
- Support talent management initiatives, such as performance management and employee development programs
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as organization design or policy updates
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Proficient in HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
