Position : Compliance Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Patient Services

Position Summary

The Compliance coordinator recruits, interviews, tests paraprofessionals to fill vacant positions. Maintain and oversee compliance for all PCA, HHA, PA, RN. The HR coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming calls as well as maintenance of compliance for all staff. The Compliance coordinator will also conduct tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager or Director of Patient Services.

Qualifications:

• Good telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills necessary.

• Computer (Basic) literate, Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
