Emerest Home Care of Connecticut, a large sized home care agency, is looking for a motivated and driven caregiver scheduler to assist with coordinating caregiver visits with our clients surrounding our Waterbury office and throughout New Haven county.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Staffing and scheduling assigned caseload.
2. Communication with clients and families regarding set schedules and unscheduled events (no-shows)
3. Monitoring visits for no-shows
4. Communication with care managers regarding schedules and client updates.
5. Accepting new referrals from intake and staffing new referrals in a timely manner
6. Providing superior customer service to clients, caregivers, families, care managers etc.
7. Documenting all client and caregiver related activities
8. Maintaining client compliance
9. Constant customer support
