Compliance Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Hartford, CT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules for your caregivers & clients for best possible matches
• Use company software to manage clock in and clock outs and confirm shifts daily
• Provide solutions in the form of a service plan.
• New client / caregiver onboarding for your client
• Talk to family members about changes in schedule
• Create and maintain client records including, logs, live in time sheets, and notes.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities to modify service plans to best support the ongoing needs of clients.
• Perform 60-day reports
• Manage emails and text message
• Interview and hire caregivers to join your team

Qualifications:

• Scheduling or personal care experience required
• Knowledge and proficient with computer use
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must have own transportation
• Schedule Monday through Friday from 8a-2:30p
• Perform Paid On-Call rotation duties 1 in every 4 week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
