Responsibilities:
-Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
-Perform background checks and reference checks for new employees
-Assist with orientation of new employees
-Conduct exit interviews and initiate performance improvement plans as needed
-Maintain employee records to ensure completeness and compliance with state regulations
-Nurture a positive working environment by promoting excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in recruitment and or human resources
-Home care experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft products (excel, word, and powerpoint) and recruitment platforms
