Pine Tree Home Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing client and employee schedules and ensuring efficient flow in the office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with homecare scheduling and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage client and employee calendars
- Communicate with client's case manager as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Provide support to the Homecare Supervisor and Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in homecare scheduling is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
