Compliance Analyst (Banking) jobs in Missouri

Compliance Analyst (Banking) monitors customer accounts and researches transactions to identify suspicious activity violating current anti-money laundering (AML) regulations defined in the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) or other governmental anti-terrorist financing programs. Uses customer data mining and software tools to identify suspicious activity patterns. Being a Compliance Analyst (Banking) reviews daily Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Questionable Activity Reports (QAR), and submits Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) as appropriate. Ensures adherence to Know your Customer (KYC) protocols. Additionally, Compliance Analyst (Banking) may lead or participate in investigations of suspicious activity to pursue corrective actions and ensure completion of required filings. Keeps abreast with regulatory changes, risk management best practices, and trending methods used by fraud perpetrators. Delivers compliance training with up-to-date regulatory information and procedures to develop and guide a well-informed staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May have the Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Compliance Analyst (Banking) work is closely managed. ROLE SUMMARY: As an Ethics and Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Anheuser-Busch’s ethics and compliance program, including: Executing ad hoc and yearly compliance training across all business units, including overseeing the assignment and completion of all trainings for the United States. Supporting the head of investigations and the People department in conducting internal investigations. Leveraging data analytics to analyze trends and strategize new communication and training material to drive a culture of compliance. Leading communication initiatives to raise awareness of compliance policies, such as orchestrating compliance newsletters, managing the Legal department SharePoint, and strategizing new initiatives to help support the organization’s growing commercial strategy. Identifying inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve service to clients and stakeholders. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Bachelor’s degree with 8 Years of Business Management, Project Management or similar field that focuses on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with others. Motivated to learn continuously and expand practice area to meet changing business environment and needs of company. Excited about learning new technologies, systems and processes. Organized with strong project management skills with a strategic mindset. Experience with budget management or data analytics a big plus. Complete projects as assigned and needed.
