Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes. Position Summary: Takes lead role in overseeing the maximization of gasoline gross profit and gallon sales through ensuring that all sites are priced in accordance with corporate strategy. . Meet budgeted fiscal year goals set for our department. . Prepare daily/weekly/monthly analyses to assess performance results. Generate reports for many levels of executive management and operations personnel and conducting analysis of underperforming sites and to make recommendations
Responsibilities:
Prepare various performance reports to Department Head and Sr. Vice President of Retail Operations.
Working Relationships: Provides internal and external customer service to the follow groups/teams: Field Operations, Tax Department, Accounting Department, Dispatch Department, Operations Services Department, Financial Planning and Analysis Department, Construction Department, Environmental Department, IT Department
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree with focus in finance/statistics/business
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years management / leadership experience
Preferred Experience: 5-7 years management / leadership experience

Other: Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, excellent analytical skills and the ability to make timely and effective decisions and the ability to manage quantity and quality of workload, working independently and able to take initiative.
