We are looking for someone who loves to work with kids, is energetic, and is knowledgeable in Women's USAG levels 1-6, & Xcel as well as preschool gymnastics. Coaching experience is a plus. Job Description: Program Assistant/Coach

• ○ Greet all customers in a courteous and professional manner
• ○ Respond to all customer questions and concerns in a timely, consistent and respectful manner
• 2. Facility
• ○ Monitor areas of the gym to ensure they are set up correctly for your classes or open gyms.
• ○ Help keep the gym clean and organized when needed.
• 3. Leadership
• ○ Constantly motivate Axis team members to fulfill Axis’ mission
• ○ Participate as needed in all aspects of Rec classes, Club Axis, summercamps and general operations, serving as a role model and mentor
• ○ Maintain a positive and professional attitude that contributes to staffmorale and overall work environment and success
• ○ Serve as a professional representative of Axis at all times
• 4. Operational/Systems/Procedures&CurriculumDevelopment

○ Work with each program director to document and continually improve the Rec Program, Preschool Program, Xcel Program, and Development Progam.

5. StaffManagement

• ○ Step in to coach Rec classes when needed
• ○ Help the owner/Rec director train the Rec staff when needed.
• ○ Participate in clinics and camps that can contribute to your knowledge of coaching/managing
• 6. Coaching:
• ○ Coach all assigned classes
• ○ Prepare class lesson plans and take adequate class notes
• ○ Step in to coach additional classes when needed.
• ○ Work with the owner to learn and grow as an Xcel and DP coach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
