Competitive Pricing Analyst provides analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to develop optimal pricing for geographies and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies. Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Description:
Pricing Analyst Military Programs- Customer Service is seeking a self-motivated individual to prepare Military Spares and Repair Pricing Proposals in compliance with US Government regulations, RTX Policies and Clients Pricing Procedures.
The position will work closely with various functional areas which include Contracts, Production Control and Cost Estimating Teams to develop detailed cost and price analysis that support new business and follow on proposals to the US Government and non-US Government customers.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will also be engaged in the preparation, coordination, and support of various audit activities along with working/ interfacing with proposal teams during the customer price negotiations
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or comparable/relevant experience
