Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     DAY-TO-DAY

    This full-time outside sales position offers a flexible schedule but typically works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is limited travel involved.

    As a Sales Professional, you are the eyes, ears, and life of our organization. You start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their health insurance needs. Are warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you recommend the appropriate options and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
