Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Summary/Objective
The Supervisor is responsible for accomplishing project objective by overseeing and improving
the performance and productivity of the crews. The employee plans, audits, and evaluates the
performance of project activity.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience in Line Clearance.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position oversees General Foreman, Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and assigned projects.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Supervisor is working outdoors, exposed to all
temperatures, weather, and nature. The employee will be exposed to excessive noise.

The Supervisor enters and exits a vehicle numerous times per day. Personal protective equipment
(PPE) is required when working with the work zone. The employee must be able to lift, move,
