Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Internal Audit Department (IAD) is independent and reports directly to the State Fund’s Board of Directors on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, process efficiencies, and overall quality of performance.
The Senior Internal Audit Systems Specialist (Specialist) or Senior Internal Auditor, Systems (Associate) assists in completing data analytics requests, and develops Computer Analytic and Audit Techniques (CAAT) used for the completion of routine and risk-based audits, investigations, continuous auditing, including reporting findings and recommendations. The Specialist will act as an IT subject matter expert in the realm of data analytics and often assigned to sensitive and complex data analytics projects.
The Associate is responsible for assisting a Specialist in complex data analytics projects. Position will have the opportunity to lead semi-complex data analytics projects and gain experience working with State Fund data.
