Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This role compels you to create opportunities for new business development through expanding and leveraging personal and professional network, while ensuring the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help grow KBS.

    • To be successful in growing the client base you are expected at minimum; to assist the Regional VP in any functions to identify, pursue and close potential new Kelly Benefits customers, make a minimum of 40 calls per day, attend Kelly Benefits University events and industry networking events each month, track prospect strategies and use Salesforce as needed.
    • Your efforts to retain clients include assisting the KBS DE Consulting and Account Management team in any and all functions as it relates to our existing customer base.
    • As our business continuously grows and changes, it is essential to continue to build your knowledge of Kelly Benefits products, employee benefits, sales processes, administrative systems and procedures.

     

    Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
