Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Description

    LCG, Inc. is in search of a Compensation/Benefits Analyst. They will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay and benefits for employees.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
    Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
    Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine appropriate salary ranges and job classifications.
    Participate in salary surveys to gather relevant market data and benchmark the organization's pay practices.
    Develop and maintain salary structures, including annual salary budgeting and forecasting.
    Manage the annual merit increase and bonus process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication to employees and managers.
    Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
    Reconcile, audit, and process for payment all carrier premiums.
    Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.
    Support the annual Open Enrollment period for benefits, including review and edit of communications, coordination of calendar and meeting activities, validation of benefit plan set-up in benefit systems, and assisting employees with the election processes.
    Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in compensation and benefits practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    Serve as subject matter expert on plan operations and facilitate effective and accurate benefits delivery in accordance with plan contracts and provisions.
    Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
    Manage leave programs and be the liaison between the third-party provider and the company.
    Handle day-to-day administration of FMLA/STD/ LTD requests and vendor processes and communicate needed actions to HR Managers.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration
    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
    Expert in MS Excel
    Expert in ADP, Date Query System, or MS Access
    Proficiency in MS SharePoint and Teams
    Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
    Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
    Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
