Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description
Be a part of the innovative and evolving culture within Oracle’s US Compensation Consulting organization and become a key member of our collaborative and diverse team.
This role will provide compensation client support for Oracle’s Product Development and Support organizations, collaborating with many stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, regional compensation consultants, global compensation programs, and other key functional areas.
As a consultant, this role will provide guidance and program support in all areas of compensation.
Provide compensation consultation for a line of business within the organization, primarily supporting a team of HR Business Partners.
Partnering with our HRBPs, lead key initiatives that drive attraction / retention, engagement, performance and cost optimization.
Help create analytics that provide deep insights that assist HR with modeling budgets and advising leaders on recommendations during global programs such as focal reviews and annual equity planning.
Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent that is both efficient and cost-beneficial for Oracle.
This includes, but is not limited to, critical roles and executive hires.
Collaborate with Global Incentive Compensation, when needed, to ensure that our Sales employees total compensation package is competitive.
Drive the execution of multiple projects, both internally and externally facing.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and implement innovative approaches.
Qualifications
Looking for someone with 8 years broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset
Compensation experience with Sales / Consulting jobs that include a variable component preferred
Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada : Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum
US : Hiring Range : from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
