Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Manager develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Manager manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. We are looking for a Full-Time Worker's Comp Case Manager to support our client site in Boise, ID.

Monday -Friday/ 8 hour shifts
This is a temporary position expected to last until December 31, 2025.
The Occupational Health Workers' Comp Case Manager is responsible for being the liasion between the onsite clinic, employee, Worker's Compensation carrier, and other providers.
The case manager's primary role is to facilitate appropriate and timely health care with the focus on safe employee return-to-work and the return to maximum functionality. This is accomplished by providing the communication, coordination and education required to optimize outcomes across the continuum of health, disability, workers' compensation, and work-life issues.
The case manager employs best practices that require early intervention and the setting of realistic expectations for disability duration, return-to-work, and return to functionality. Care coordination is a collaborative process that promotes quality of health care, client empowerment, and cost containment by supporting proactive intervention and reducing redundancies.
