Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Manager manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. We are rolling out our new Life Advisor Program designed to educate our clients and prospects on the intricacies of life insurance policies and how important they are to provide peace of mind in retirement.
This new position is a “Life Insurance Specialist” with the title of Life Advisor, working within a team of Medicare agents and focused on providing life insurance to existing clients as well as new prospects.
American Senior Benefits agents will be referring their clients and prospects to their new in-house Life Advisor that will have an opportunity to average three secured appointments per day.
The Life Advisor will be housed in a local office within a team of Medicare supplement agents and will be responsible for meeting with the clients and/ or prospects from the leads provided by their team’s Medicare agents.
The Life Advisor will also be responsible for obtaining additional leads by securing group meetings in the form of seminars and luncheons with our Affinity Network of endorsed associations.
The Life Advisor will report to our national office under the direction of the Life Development Team that will provide training and resources to ensure the success of the Life Advisor Program.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in educating and advising our 55 clients on making informed decisions about their life insurance needs. You will be a part of a dynamic sales team focused on creating personalized, trust-based relationships with our clients, ensuring their peace of mind for the future.
