Your Role With Us:

As the Director Compensation, Benefits and HR Service Center, you will direct the design and implementation of: benefits and leave programs, the HR service delivery model, and compensation plans to ensure support of organizational strategies and in support of attracting and retaining talent.

Background/Expertise:

• Master’s Degree in business or related field required. In lieu of master’s degree, willing to accept a bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience with a commitment to achieve within 3-5 years of obtaining position.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human resources.
• Must have expertise in benefits and/or compensation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
