Compensation Supervisor jobs in Washington

Compensation Supervisor supervises a team working on compensation plans and programs and related analysis. Oversees common compensation projects, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, pay program administration and other associated initiatives. Being a Compensation Supervisor ensures that compensation plans and programs are consistent with organizational policies and all applicable federal and state laws. Maintains salary structures and company compensation policies. Additionally, Compensation Supervisor is responsible for survey participation and compensation analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Compensation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • As an Office Service Person, you’ll be in charge of supporting copy/print duties, take incoming mail to the right office/department, scheduling conference rooms/guest office space, answering phones, requesting, and supporting catering services, hospitality, inventory management.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of related experience (office, hospitality etc.).
    • Proficient with Ms. Office Programs (Word, Excell and Outlook).

    Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).

    Target pay: $22 - $23 / hr.

    Schedule:

    • Shift: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday).

    Duties:

    • Scanning and /or imaging documents.
    • Conduct weekly /monthly facility tours and inspections to identify potential issues.
    • Distribute office supplies and mail.
    • Shipping and receiving documents and supplies.
    • Making copies as needed.
    • Organize documents in folders and filling.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $33.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
